My Sassy Girl

Hi people I hope everyone is doing great. From past couple of weeks I am more occupied with my work hence didnt get chance to update my blog. Day-before-week I flew to Uganda for the Production setup of our Project and been hooked to machines(servers) from the day one. Yesterday I had sometime so, went to GYM, Steam bath, done some swimming! it is better to say learnt swimming! lol followed by a fantastic lunch...where fantastic = Chicken Biryani....does took an Intermission(nice sleep)....Second-half started in the evening as we drove to near-by grounds where local 'Gujjus'(Gujarati's) were performing Dandiya on the occassion of Navratri Festival. Beautiful girls wearing tempting ethnic wear(girls/ladies look more sexy in authentic wear contrast to bikinis) dancing to desi tunes...seducing with their looks...hmmm what else you need for the best evening....after an hour of visual feast...its time for stomach feast...Yes the yummy Indian food is awaiting for us. I had Masala Dosa(which never bores me), Chana Bhature, Dhokla, Vaada Pav, Roti and Panneer, Samosa, Bondas, Pani puri and Pan. hmmmm that was a loooong list and a mouth watering feast. After this fantastic dinner everyone will have only one choice...that is to go to sleep. But there comes my job....I have to take the backup of production server and apply in Development....Yeah I know that sucks...but somehow I love this job...so after completing my job successfully...I went to my dream-land at mid-night.

On this wonderful day I have seen a beautiful..wonderful...awesome flick called 'My Sassy Girl'. It took me more than 5 years to watch this movie after listening that "It is considered to be the Asian Titanic" and trust me it is better than Titanic. So, people are you ready to meet "My Sassy Girl"...

The Film is told in three parts called...Part one..

This is the love story of a male engineering college student, Gyeon-woo (Cha Tae-Hyun), and the Girl (Jun Ji-hyun) who is never named in the movie. Gyeon-woo just cannot seem to catch a romantic break. One day, at dinner, Gyeon-woo is interrupted by a call from his mother, telling him to visit his aunt and meet a potential date. At the train station on his way to his aunt's, he observes a drunk girl, standing precariously close to the edge of the train platform as the train approaches; he pulls her to safety just in time. Inside the train, Gyeon-woo cannot help but stare at the girl who is his "type" but repulsed by her drunkenness. Finally, she throws up on a passenger and faints but not before she calls Gyeon-woo "honey". The passenger aggressively chides Gyeon-woo and tells him to take care of his "girlfriend". Gyeon-woo, completely flustered, carries her all the way to the nearest hotel. Thus begins his comically ill-fated relationship with the Girl whom he realizes is a xanthippe. They meet each other again after Gyeon-woo gets locked up in jail over a misunderstanding, and over soju the Girl cries, admits to breaking up with her boyfriend the day before and gets thoroughly drunk, resulting in a second trip to the same hotel.

After this second overnight stay at the hotel, she begins to become a more active part of his life. She visits Gyeon-woo in school and pulls him out of class, telling the teacher that Gyeon-woo is the father of her soon-to-be-aborted baby. The Girl's mood swings wildly from joyful to downright violent, but Gyeon-woo puts up with it and lets her abuse him for her amusement.

She is an aspiring scriptwriter and throughout the movie gives Gyeon-woo three different screenplays from different genres. The first is an action movie—The Demolition Terminator—which switches gender roles, symbolically having the Girl save her helpless lover (Gyeon-woo). The second is a wild perversion of a Korean short story—Sonagi—in which the Girl, having died, asks that her lover be buried along with her—even though he's still alive. The last is a wuxia/samurai movie spoof full of genre clichés and anachronisms. All three feature the same common thread: the Girl is from the future.

Part Two...

The Girl and Gyeon-woo's relationship takes a turn for the better and he sends her home and meets her father, who is a habitual drinker. Her parents do not take to Gyeon-woo and on leaving, he overhears an impassioned argument between the girl and her mother over her relationship with him. He does not hear from her for quite some time and his life without her begins.

One day however, the Girl calls him and tells him to bring her a rose during class to commemorate their 100th-day anniversary. He does this, leading to a touching and romantic scene where he arrives in disguise into a packed auditorium and watches her play the melody of George Winston's variations on Pachelbel's Canon in D on a piano onstage. The classmates applaud in approval at his romantic gesture. As the night unfolds he is confronted at her house by her parents again, with her father demanding the two to break up.

The Girl does not contact him again and Gyeon-woo naturally thinks they have broken up, until one day when she calls Gyeon-woo to meet her for dinner with a blind date.

awwwwwwwww!!! what is happening.... will our beautiful friends..will ever remain as friends...or are they really broken up....do they ever realize the love which is blossoming between them....does the story have part three also....to know all these secrets you have to pick this DVD ASAP.

As per Vish:- I curse myself for not watching this movie 5 years back when my sister told about it...and again when I came to know that this movie is referred as "Titanic of Asia"...and trust me it is way above Titanic...and undoubtedly THE BEST LOVE STORY I have ever seen till date. You feel...you fall...you laugh...you cry...you jealous...you smile...you emote instantly to every emotion that you encounter in this movie. Thats why it is called the best movie. I have to specially mention both the lead actors especially sassy girl I mean "Jun Ji-hyun" who is exceptional in every scene..she frightens you, immediately she looks cuter, acts crazy...she has shown every emotion that a woman evokes in their life...kudos to her performance. I hope you too feel what I felt after watching it. Have a fantastic viewing...knowing "My sassy Girl".

Note:- 1. There is a Hollywood which is remade with the same name in 2008...dont even look at it. Look for the "My Sassy Girl" of Korean version which is released in 2001.

Up in the Air

Hello people a very good morning to everyone. Last week was again a hectic week with full of work...getting trained & giving training! But I waited for this day not that today is a 'Sunday' but this is an 'Oscar Day'....yes 82nd Academy evening has come and though I have seen most of the nominees I reviewed only few here and I promise more will be followed this whole month. Today i came with yet another nominee and one of my favorite of all George Clooney's 'Up in the Air'. So lets start flying..I mean get into the story...

Ryan Bingham (George Clooney) is a man who makes his living traveling to workplaces around the United States and conducting employee layoffs for bosses too cowardly to do it themselves. Ryan also delivers motivational speeches, using the analogy "What's In Your Backpack?" to extol the virtues of a life free of relationships with people and things. He relishes the comfort of anonymity during his perpetual travels. Ryan's personal goal for his life is to achieve ten million frequent flyer miles (a feat managed only six times previously, according to Bingham). While traveling, he meets another frequent flyer named Alex (Vera Farmiga) and they begin a casual relationship.

Ryan is called back to his company's offices in Omaha, Nebraska, where he finds out that an ambitious young coworker named Natalie Keener (Anna Kendrick) is pushing a plan to cut costs by having employees stay grounded and conduct layoffs over the internet. Ryan argues that Natalie knows nothing about the process of firing people, and his boss (Jason Bateman) assigns him to take Natalie with him on his upcoming travels to show her what it's like. As they travel together and become better acquainted, Natalie questions Ryan's philosophy, but Ryan is happy to remain in his niche and continue avoiding serious relationships. During their travels, Natalie finds the layoffs to be an eye opening experience, albeit a negative one as it's devastating for those being fired.

While on the road, Natalie's boyfriend dumps her by text message, leaving her shattered. Ryan and Alex take her with them to crash a tech-conference party at their hotel, which has her finally cut loose. When Natalie talks to Ryan the next day about his refusal to consider a commitment to Alex in spite of their obvious compatibility as a couple, she becomes infuriated; she apologizes later, but soon afterwards they are both called back to Omaha to begin using Natalie's remote-layoff program instead of firing people face-to-face.

Instead of returning to Omaha, Ryan invites Alex to accompany him to his sister's wedding in northern Wisconsin, and she accepts. He introduces her to his older sister Kara (Amy Morton) and his younger sister Julie (Melanie Lynskey), who explains that she and her fiancé Jim (Danny McBride) didn't have the money for a honeymoon; instead, they asked their friends to take pictures of a cardboard cutout of the couple in different places, so "at least we have the photos." Before the wedding, Ryan shows Alex his old high school. Their date is cut short when Kara calls with urgent news; Jim has cold feet, and Bingham must use his motivational skills to persuade him to go through with the wedding. Although this runs counter to all of Ryan's personal ideals, he successfully argues that the important moments in life are seldom alone; Jim apologizes to Julie and the wedding proceeds as planned.

Howww sweet! what happens next?? will our Ryan and Alex continue their relationship??? What happens to 'Natalie Keener' will she able to fit into this field?? to know these answers....pick this DVD.

As per Vish: First thing first 'George Clooney' is awesome....and all those beautiful women he has come to 'Sweep your feet off' again. Though this one is not an conventional romantic movie...it has some lighter moments to satisfy clooney's lady fans. Apart from this...this movie deals with the toughest time world has faced in recent...'RECESSION'! and how to deal in those situations. 'Anna Kendrick' as Keener has done some exceptional job making this movie a 'MUST WATCH' for all those drama lovers. So people have a happy viewing :)

The Curious Case of Benjamin Button

Hello people I hope you all are doing great and celebrated 'Ganesh' Festival happily. I had a very small weekend this time...it just came and went back. Anyways, I got a chance to view one of the best drama movie called 'The Curious Case of Benjamin Button'. Are you ready to know about this case?

In August 2005, an 81-year-old Daisy (Cate Blanchett) is on her deathbed with her 37-year-old daughter Caroline (Julia Ormond) in a New Orleans hospital as Hurricane Katrina approaches. Daisy tells Caroline the story of a blind clockmaker named Gateau (Elias Koteas), who was commissioned to create a clock to hang in the New Orleans train station. After receiving news of his son's death in World War I, he continued work on his clock, but intentionally designed it to run backward, in the hope that it would bring back those who died in the war. After her story, Daisy asks Caroline to read aloud from a diary containing photographs and postcards written by Benjamin Button (Brad Pitt). Caroline begins to read as the story transitions to Benjamin's narration.

On November 11, 1918, just as the people of New Orleans are celebrating the end of the WWI, a baby boy is born with the appearance and physical maladies of an 85-year-old man. The mother of the baby dies shortly after giving birth, and the father, Thomas Button (Jason Flemyng), takes the baby and abandons him on the porch of a nursing home. Queenie (Taraji P. Henson) and Tizzy (Mahershalalhashbaz Ali), a couple who work at the nursing home, find the baby. Queenie, who is unable to conceive, decides to take the baby in as her own and be his mother, against Tizzy's wishes. She names the baby Benjamin.

Over the course of the story, Benjamin begins to biologically grow younger. In the 1920s, he makes friends with Ngunda Oti, a man who used to sit by a river, and Mrs. Maple, a woman in her seventies who loves music. He also finds out Tizzy's grandfather worked for John Wilkes Booth. In 1930, while still appearing to be 73, Benjamin meets a 6-year-old girl named Daisy (Elle Fanning), whose grandmother lives in the nursing home. The children play together and listen to Daisy's grandmother read from a storybook. In 1934, just as Mrs. Maple dies, Benjamin goes to work on a tugboat on the docks of New Orleans for a tattoo artist, Captain Mike (Jared Harris). In their free time, the captain takes him to a bar for a drink and to have sex with prostitutes. For the first time, Benjamin meets Thomas Button, who does not reveal that he is Benjamin's father. In 1936, after making friends with a man who had been struck by lightning 7 times, Mr. Daws, Benjamin leaves New Orleans with the tugboat crew for a long-term work engagement. Upon Daisy's request, he sends her postcards from his travels. While in the Russian port city of Murmansk, he writes to Daisy that he has fallen in love. He begins an affair with the older, married Elizabeth Abbott (Tilda Swinton), who used to swim as a 19-year-old. On December 8, 1941 she breaks it off, leaving him a note only telling him "It was nice to have met you."

While in Russia, Benjamin and the rest of the tugboat crew hear of the Pearl Harbor attack. Captain Mike tells his crew that the Chelsea, his tugboat, has been commissioned into the United States Navy. They work through the war hauling damaged ships until one day they come upon a ship carrying 1,300 men that has been split by a torpedo. They attack the U-boat that had sunk the ship and ram it, sinking both the U-boat and the Chelsea. Captain Mike and every member of the crew except Benjamin and another man perish.

In 1945, Benjamin returns to New Orleans, and learns that the 21-year-old Daisy has become a successful dancer in New York City. In 1947, Benjamin meets Thomas Button again, who is dying. He reveals he is his father and gives him his house, his button factory and other possessions, before he dies. In 1951, Benjamin comes to New York to meet Daisy at a performance, he finds Daisy has fallen in love with a fellow dancer, and tries to accept that their lives have separated. Daisy's dance career is ended in 1957 by an accident in Paris, explained as a series of seemingly unrelated events. She is hit by a taxi cab that breaks her leg in five places. When Benjamin goes to see her, Daisy is amazed at his youthful appearance, but frustrated at her own injuries; she turns him away by telling Benjamin to stay out of her life. In 1962, Daisy returns to New Orleans and reunites with Benjamin. Now the same physical age, they fall in love and move in an apartment together. They experience the 1960s together, in large part blissfully but increasingly aware of Benjamin growing younger while Daisy grows older.

hmmmm this one is truely a curious case! so will our Daisy able to handle the truth that...our hero will be much younger whe she gives birth to a baby?? will our Benjamin and Daisy continue in the relationship?? what happens next?? is the remaining interesting story.

As per Vish: Undoubtedly one of the unique stories I have ever visualized. All the actors are first rate (especially Brad pitt and Cate Blanchett). Coming to technical departments...Makeup, Art direction, photography, visual effects are ultimate. Thus making this movie a TREAT TO WATCH for Drama genre lovers. Have a happy viewing people :)

House of Flying Daggers

Hello people I hope you all are doing great. It just 2 days away to receive pay check! Yaahhooo! lol at this wonderful moment I want to present you all a wonderful movie which mesmerized me couple of days back. It is called 'House of Flying Daggers'...a chinese movie with English sub-titles. So, lets dont waste time and get into the details of these Flying Daggers...

The film is set in 859 AD. The once great Tang Dynasty is now in decline. Numerous rebel groups have formed, the largest of which is the House of Flying Daggers, based in Feng Tian county. The Flying Daggers steal from the rich and give to the poor, gaining the support of the locals.

The local deputies have managed to kill the leader of the Flying Daggers, but the rebel group only becomes stronger, due to a mysterious new leader. Jin (Takeshi Kaneshiro) and Leo (Andy Lau), two police captains, are ordered to kill the new leader within ten days.

In order to accomplish this, they arrest Mei (Zhang Ziyi), a blind dancer who is suspected of being the daughter of the old leader. While Mei is incarcerated, Jin and Leo decide to let her go to track the mastermind; Jin will pretend to be a lone warrior called Wind, and break her out of prison. This will gain her trust, and hopefully, Jin will be led to the headquarters of Flying Daggers. The plan works, but Mei and Jin fall in love on the way. They are followed at a distance by Leo; Jin and Leo meet secretly to discuss their plans. Jin jokes about his seduction of the girl; Leo warns him sternly against getting involved.

To add authenticity to the deception, Leo and his men ambush the pair: the fight is, however, a fake. Further on, they are attacked again, but this time their assailants are apparently for real: Jin and Mei battle for their lives, being saved only by the intervention of an unseen knife-thrower. Furious, Jin confronts Leo: Leo explains that he has reported the matter up the chain of command and his general has taken over the pursuit. Jin realizes that he is now expendable.

Once again, Jin and Mei are attacked by the General's men. They are hopelessly outnumbered; at the last minute they are saved when the House of Flying Daggers reveal themselves. Jin and Leo are captured and taken to their headquarters. At this point, a number of surprising revelations are made. Mei is not blind, nor is she the old leader's daughter - she was merely pretending to be. Leo is in fact an undercover agent for the House of Flying Daggers, which has engineered the whole chain of events in order to draw the General into a decisive battle. Furthermore, Leo is in love with Mei: he has waited for three years for her whilst working undercover.

Mei, however, cannot bring herself to love Leo: over the last few days she has fallen for Jin. But as Jin is now a liability, she is ordered by Nia, the leader of the House of Flying Daggers, to kill him.

awwww! will she do that?? Is she not fallen for Jin? what happens to Leo's love?? will he be quite? to know all these secrets you have to watch this ultimate climax.

As per Vish: Undoubtedly one of the best chinese movie I have ever scene. You will fall in love with the cinematography(Zhao Xiaoding) which is nothing but ultimate, you can pick every frame and keep it as a wallpaper. Every actor has done their job perfectly and thus making this movie a MUST WATCH.

Under the Tuscan Sun

Hello people I hope you all had a great Saturday and hoping for the best Sunday. From past few days I am seriously fed up with all the political news that is flooding our country and making our lives miserable....so wanted to have some wonderful time watching a calm drama, thus came ...'Under the Tuscan Sun' a movie which has all ingredients to make you happy and feel comfortable till the end. So, lets dont waste time and get into the details...

Frances Mayes (Diane Lane) is a San Francisco writer whose seemingly perfect life has just taken an unexpected detour. She finds out at a party that she's hosting, from a writer to whom she had given a bad review of his book, that her husband has been cheating on her. Her recent divorce has left her depressed and with terminal writer's block, and her best friend Patti (Sandra Oh), a lesbian who is expecting a child, is beginning to think Frances might never recover. Patti convinces her to take an Italian vacation, to Tuscany, but it's on a gay tour (Patti and her partner Grace (Kate Walsh) had booked it for themselves, but changed plans after Patti became pregnant). At first she refuses, but then after being in her new, gloomy apartment, she decides that it is a good idea to get away for a little while after all. In Tuscany, while stopping in a small town she sees a notice about a villa for sale, in Cortona. Then while the passengers are back on the tour bus, the bus has to stop to let a herd of sheep pass, and Frances realizes that they've stopped in front of the very villa that she had seen for sale, something she believes is a sign. She asks the driver to stop and she gets off the bus. In a series of serendipitous events she becomes the owner of a lovely yet dilapidated villa in beautiful Tuscany. From this point her life begins anew with a variety of interesting characters and unusual but gentle souls. She hires a crew of Polish immigrants to renovate the house. Over time, Frances also befriends her Italian neighbors and develops relationships with her Polish workers, the realtor who sold her the villa, and Katherine, an eccentric, aging, British actress. Later, she is visited by the now very pregnant Patti, whose partner Grace has left her.

What happens next will Patti live with Frances...will her life goes as calm as expected 'Under the Tuscan Sun' is the remaining story.

As per Vish: Undoubtedly this movie has its heart at right place which makes our viewing time memorable. Performances by lead characters and support characters are excellent and most importantly photography is ultimate making this movie a must watch. So people to make this Sunday a memorable one....just turn off your mobile...your NEWS channels....get this DVD and have a fantastic time 'Under the Tuscan Sun' :)

Cocktail

Heeeey guys and gals I hope you all doing great and enjoyed my last crime thriller 'Traitor'. Today I am coming up with a sweet decent romantic movie called 'Cocktail'. This movie stars none other than 'Tom Cruise' in the main lead so I guess that is enough to increase the curiosity about this flick. Lets get into the details...

After leaving the army and moving to New York City, Brian Flanagan (Cruise) gets a part-time job as a bartender at T.G.I. Friday's while studying for a business degree (which he needs to get a job in marketing). At first Brian is a terrible bartender, revealed in a montage of his screw ups. Over time, he learns the tricks of the trade from his boss/mentor Doug Coughlin (Bryan Brown), Brian and Doug soon become very close. Doug Coughlin readily assumes a mentor role over the young and naive Flanagan, and rains advice and opinions down upon him. His advice takes a familiar structure as he usually begins most of them with "Coughlin's law". An example of his expert advice, which actually turns out to be quite poignant, is "Coughlin's Law: Drink or be gone!" Other pearls include: "Bury the dead, they stink up the joint." and "Anything else is always something better."

While Flanagan has high personal aspirations, Doug is leery of the notion of starting their own bar together. Doug intends to call his Cocktails & Dreams.

Eventually, Brian and Doug's act becomes popular and they end up working at a trendy nightclub catering to New York's wealthy and elite; the type of establishment where yuppies spout poetry from the top of the rafters for all patrons to hear. As their popularity rises, Brian becomes the focus of attention from a sultry brunette named Coral (Gina Gershon). Quickly, they elevate their friendship into a wild sexual relationship. Glib Doug doubts that any woman would be so attracted to such a "loser" as Flanagan and during a free throw shooting conversation, Doug bets him Coral will leave him by week's end; essentially doubting there is anything special about the seemingly perfect relationship shared between the two. Unbeknownst to Brian, Doug lies to Coral about secrets being shared by Brian about her, and secures his bet by bedding the hot brunette. Brian is very upset and immediately quits his job, essentially ending his informal partnership with the older, wiser, and now relaxed, Doug.

Flanagan, taking advice from his former girlfriend, takes a job in Jamaica as a bartender to raise money for his own place; far away from the hustle, bustle and poetic yuppies of Manhattan. He finds a romantic partner in Jordan Mooney (Elisabeth Shue). Jordan is an aspiring artist from New York who, for now, works as a waitress. She and Brian fall for each other. Doug shows up in Jamaica, now married to Kerry, a wealthy woman (Kelly Lynch). He quickly asserts himself and bets Brian to sleep with a barfly named Bonnie (Lisa Banes), a wealthy older woman. Jordan catches Brian in the act and is devastated. She takes an overnight plane home to New York City.

awwww! what happens next will our Brian able to convince her....will she gets convinced or not....what happens to his dream...and what happens to his mentor friend is the remaining climax.

As per Vish: A decent flick which has its own turns and twists which ends with a happy note. If you really getting bored of watching action flicks then this truely works as a nice 'Cocktail'. Have a nice viewing people :)

Atonement

Hi people hmmm I can see your lazy face coming out of that cozy sofa! comeon man waaakeup its already 9:30am go and have shower and watch today's movie 'Atonement'. Lets see what this Atonement is all about..

Briony Tallis (Saoirse Ronan) is a 13-year-old girl from an upper-class English family and the youngest of three, and an aspiring writer. Her older sister Cecilia (Keira Knightley) is educated at Cambridge University alongside Robbie Turner (James McAvoy), the son of their housekeeper (Brenda Blethyn), whose school fees are currently paid by Cecilia's father. Though Robbie is headed for medical school soon, he is currently spending the summer gardening on the Tallis estate. Their cousin, Lola Quincey (Juno Temple), age 15, and her younger twin brothers (Felix and Charlie von Simson) are currently visiting the family amidst their parents' divorce. Lastly, Leon (Patrick Kennedy) – Briony and Cecilia's brother – brings home a friend named Paul Marshall (Benedict Cumberbatch), who owns a chocolate factory that is acquiring a contract to produce army rations. The Tallis family is planning for a special dinner, to which Leon happily invites Robbie (who accepts, much to Cecilia's annoyance).

Briony has just finished writing a play titled The Trials of Arabella, which she describes as about "the complications of love". However, her cousins are being difficult with regard to staging the play, much to her frustration. Alone in her bedroom, she happens to witness a significant moment of sexual tension between Robbie and her sister by the fountain, when her sister strips down to her underwear and dips into the fountain, to retrieve the lost part of a broken vase. She misinterprets this as aggression on Robbie's part when in fact Robbie and Cecilia are in love, though their feelings have not been resolved. Shortly later Robbie writes drafts of apology letters to Cecilia, including one very explicit erotically charged version. On his way to join the Tallis family celebration, he asks Briony to deliver his letter only to realize too late that it is the erotic note he had not intended Cecilia to read. Briony secretly reads the letter and again misinterprets its meaning; she comes to believe that Robbie is a dangerous "sex maniac". When Cecilia reads the letter she is not offended and surprisingly is somewhat elated, though she is angry and embarrassed that Briony has opened it.

That evening Briony encounters Cecilia and Robbie again; this time they are secluded in the library, where they are having sex for the first time. However the scared Briony misinterprets their lovemaking as another one of Robbie's assaults against her sister. At dinner (where Robbie and Cecilia secretly caress hands under the table) the furious Briony is verbally aggressive towards Robbie but is cut off short when her mother (Harriet Walter) tells Briony to fetch the twins. Briony finds a note on their bed saying that they are running away back home and immediately the family members split up to search for the twins on the very large estate. As Briony goes off alone into the darkness to find them, she stumbles upon a tuxedoed man raping Lola. Though Lola – apparently traumatized – claims not to know who her attacker was (since he covered her eyes) Briony is able to convince her that it was Robbie. Back at the estate the police have been contacted. Briony insists that she "knows who did it"; that is, who raped Lola. Everyone now believes the attacker to be Robbie, while Cecilia strongly refuses to believe he is guilty. Robbie later returns from the search, with the twins safely in tow, and is arrested and sent to prison.

The story then moves ahead four years, to the opening phases of the Second World War. Robbie, having been convicted but released from prison on condition that he enlist, is a private in the British Expeditionary Force and is hiding in a French attic with two fellow soldiers cut off from their units during the German invasion of France. Here the dénouement of the rape accusation is shown in dialogue and flashback. Before his deployment, he was reunited with Cecilia in London, where they renewed their love, and he made a promise to return to her. Like Cecilia, Briony (now played by Romola Garai) has joined the nursing corps in London, and has tried unsuccessfully to reach her sister. Cecilia has refused contact, blaming Briony for Robbie's imprisonment. It turns out that Cecilia had broken off contact with all her family, since they all believe in Robbie's guilt.

awww! Will our Robbie able to meet his lady love and will they forgive Briony for her childish act... What happens to their future is the remaining interesting story.

As per Vish: One of the best dramas you should never miss. It has spell bounding performances by James McAvoy who already proved his talent in 'The Last King of Scotland' and Keira Knightley (The Pirates of the Carribean). A must watch for Drama movie lovers. Have a super duper sunday people :)

You've Got Mail

The D-day has come to express your feelings on your love....the day you waited from 365 days just to give a Red rose....the day the whole where world looks lovable....the day when you can extend words beyond 'HI' and 'BYE' with your love. And that Valentine day has come so I hope everyone will find their Valentine and enjoy the day to the fullest. Here I am with one of the good romantic movie called 'You've Got Mail'. Lets see who got the mail....

Kathleen Kelly (Meg Ryan) is involved with Frank Navasky (Greg Kinnear). While Frank, a newspaper writer for the New York Observer, is devoted to his typewriter, Kathleen prefers her laptop and logging into her AOL e-mail account. There, using the avatar "Shopgirl", Kathleen communicates with "NY152". This is the avatar for Joe Fox (Tom Hanks). Joe belongs to the Fox family which runs Fox Books — a chain of "mega" bookstores like Borders or Barnes & Noble. Kathleen, on the other hand, runs the independent bookstore The Shop Around The Corner, that her mother ran before her. The central conflict of the film revolves around the ability of Kathleen and Joe to interact well in virtual reality while they are business competitors in the "real world." A persistent mode of dramatic irony appears when Kathleen and Joe read each other's emails.

The movie begins with Kathleen logging on to her AOL account to read an email from "NY152" (Joe). In her reading of the e-mail, she reveals the boundaries of the online relationship; no specifics. The two then pass themselves on their respective ways to work, unbeknownst to each other. Joe arrives at work, overseeing the opening of a new Fox Books in New York with the help of his friend and assistant Kevin (Dave Chappelle). Meanwhile, Kathleen and her three store assistants, George (Steve Zahn), Birdie (Jean Stapleton), and Christina (Heather Burns) open up shop.

Following a day on the town with his eleven-year-old aunt Annabel and four-year-old brother Matthew (the children of his grandfather and father, respectively), Joe enters Kathleen's store to let his younger relatives experience storytime. The two have a friendly conversation that reveals Kathleen's fears about the Fox Books store opening around the corner, shocking Joe. He introduces himself as "Joe. Just call me Joe", omitting his last name of Fox and makes an abrupt exit with the children. However, at a publishing party later in the week, Joe and Kathleen meet again, both of them being in the "book business", where Kathleen discovers Joe's true identity.

All the while, "NY152" and "Shopgirl" continue their courtship, to the point where "NY152" asks "Shopgirl" to meet. Too embarrassed to go alone, Joe brings Kevin along for moral support. He insists that "Shopgirl" may be the love of his life. Meanwhile Kevin, looking in a cafe window at the behest of Joe, discovers the true identity of "Shopgirl". When Joe discovers that it is actually Kathleen behind the name, he confronts her as Joe (concealing his "NY152" alter ego). The two exchange words and Joe leaves hurt.

awwww it should not happen like that but it happened...what next? I dont want to reveal any more here. Whether they both reveal their real Identities or not....will they fall in love even after knowing their identities.....watch it with your love I hope it will be a good Valentine Experience :)

As per vish: A good romantic movie for Valentine day. It runs slow but who cares when Tom Hanks and Meg Ryan is ready to steal your heart. Have a nice time with your love....and I wish you once again a Happy Valentine :)
